FILMMAKING
In the heart of the Tepe neighborhood, a stray dog —known as Bigotes, Pelos, or Chamuca— wanders every day through the streets, the market, and the spaces the community has made her home. Through her eyes, the documentary portrays everyday life in a neighborhood that resists, cares, and builds invisible bonds with those who also live on the margins. "La Chamuca" is a sensitive portrait of belonging, collective memory, and the way a community can adopt, nurture, and make family beyond words.
Documenraty
"Origami" is a visual exploration of fragility and rebirth. Inspired by the song by Alex Chapoy, the short film follows an artist who discovers a lifeless woman and attempts to recreate her with promises made of paper. Through surreal imagery and metaphor, the piece reflects on love, memory, and the weight of words that can easily fold or break. A story where creation and illusion intertwine, leaving behind a haunting question: what remains when promises turn into paper?
